	Mr. Aggarwal is Graduate in Mining Engineer from Indian School of Mines Dhanbad (1969 )After serving in coal mines for two years, completed his Post Graduation in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai in 1973.

EXPERIENCE (35 Years)
He joined M/s BHEL at Hyderbad 1973 and has experience in almost all functional areas, last assignment being Head Quality at PEM, one of the constituent Division of this leading public sector. He was Management Representative. He took voluntary retirement from BHEL in 1999 as Sr. Dy. Gen Mgr and started his on ISO consultancy in the name and style of M/s Quality Growth Engineers assisting all type and sizes of organizations (mfg. & service industries in ISO consultancy) in their endeavor to obtain value added ISO Certification on Turnkey basis. Today, QGE is itself ISO 9001:2000 Certified.

In September 2004, Mr. Aggarwal fulfilled all requirements for QMS Principal Consultant (NRBPT), approved by Quality Council of India (Certificate No. P-4 002, Validity Dec. 31, 2006)

Mr. Aggarwal has had ISO awareness training including important following programs –

  Internal Auditors Program both in BHEL and by BVQI
  5 Days Assessor / Lead Assessor Training g Course by C-II
  Transition on ISO 9001:2000
